Boudoir Photography: Lindsey Thorne

A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to photograph a wedding in Costa Rica with my friend, the kick-ass photographer, Lindsey Thorne.  One afternoon we had a hot tub, black makeup, and precisely 20 minutes of light.  What do photographers do in their downtime? Make art....

I love this frame because I worked really hard to make the one, perfect image that embodied Lindsey.  I think sometimes, as wedding photographers, we get caught up in making a dozen photographs of the same moment. Somewhere, somehow it's become about quantity rather than quality--the art of making an image is sometimes forgotten.
