Josie & Paul

Earlier this summer Eli and I traveled to Benson, Minnesota to photograph Josie & Paul's country wedding.  The couple grew up in Benson and, as one guest said, "they've been together forever!"  It was pretty amazing to see so many people come together to celebrate the joining of these two families.   Their ceremony was personal and touching and their reception was one big party  that lasted until the wee hours. When we were photographing at Paul's family farm, I could barely contain myself...(Cows! Pigs! Tractors!) I was positively giddy. But, in all seriousness, it was especially meaningful to photograph at the farm since Josie and Paul will be settling there once they're finished school.  Josie & Paul, thank you for having us, we had so much fun. (And I'm looking forward to seeing piglets at the farm come spring!)
